
Congratulations on making it to this stage of the interview process. This next stage is about getting to know you, what's important to you, and what attracted you to this role.
We have six questions we would like you to answer on this topics which we would like you to record yourself replying to them. Each answer should be no longer than 1-2 minutes in length. Please find a quite space where you will not be interrupted to complete the recordings. Don't worry, we're less concerned about your backdrop or what you're wearing in the video than what you actual answer is. Please don't feel you have to find a perfect location or outfit!
You will be asked to answer the following questions:
What would you say are the most important things in your life right now. Please also share anything else you would like us to know about you. (i.e., your children, type of working conditions etc)? (2 minutes max)
What is it that attracted you to this role? (1 minute max)
Think of an athlete you have a good working relationship with - how would they describe you? (1 minute max)
Think of an athlete you have a below average working relationship with - how would they describe you? (1 minute max)
Please provide us an example of an experience of dealing with a challenging athlete. What did you do to resolve this and what are the key principles you would bring to future challenges. (2 minutes max)
If you wanted us to leave this interview process confident we have a fair reflection of you as a person, what would you want us to be saying about you? (1 minute max)
